Alalmode- You should be ashamed

Alamode should have supported appraisers against 3.6.
With more appraisers not willing to deal with 3.6, less appraisers mean less need for Alamode. Less revenue for them.

Alamode 3.6 is a joke. Glitchy as hell. God forbid you have to go back in for a revision.....it just opens more glitches and wasted another 30 minutes of your time. 5-6 hours to do a report is absolutely ridiculous. With the 1004, I could add 9 or more comps in half the time it takes me to add 4-6 on the 3.6.

Tech support is non-existent, and I have to rely on the almost useless AI "tech support" 95% of the time. After all this time, how could they not be more ready than this. Whaat a joke.

As i posted in many other posts. With their latest update i had no glitches with doing it desktop, camera disk, drawing or the form itself. I'm still using win 10, maybe win 11 is causing all your glitches.
I'm stunned at your problems. After being so nervous doing my 1st one, it went smoothly, obvious longer because still learning it and the obnoxious amount manual minutia data input, soon to be resolved with spark. I feel like the twilight zone here, why did it go so smoothly with me, after reading every one else's problems. It nice to be lucky once in a while.

Yea good, right, let's have 1 less usable supplier. Maybe less landlords would solve the rental increases in this world to. I have a feeling that most of the dopes here have not tried to learn it. So keep typing your reports, i'm sure the new uad 2.1 will never arrive.

From what I understand, Spark is history with regards to the 3.6. Too bad as it was a great program.....you'll need to sign up for TrueTracts Pro.....with is not fully working yet.

I believe sparks was bought by true tracks a while ago. So it will still be around, maybe in a new format.

Yes, Spark and Synapse were acquired by True Footage. I was disappointed with the free trial TrueTracts deal....I mean....who came up with the "what your peers use" for adjustments? Isn't that kind of like "the list of adjustments" as opposed to being market derived?

First things first..... getting the 3.6 running smoothly is the ultimate goal. Comp importing, market analysis second...

Imo, the problems with 3.6 will be there with any software. Whichever software one uses, it can not change the essential elements of 3.6, (which I find maddening)

UAD 3.6 does not allow a report to be signed unless the E and O clears it, and the E and O is fussy about all kinds of entries, such as the proper fields ( which are maddening to find- the info has to be tnered or addressed TWICE- first in the entry field like property exterior, and again in the sales appraoch side by side. E and O come back with a FIELD VIOLATION message.

After E and O run clear, we sign, and then E and O run again when we create a zip file. Luckily, my second E and O run was clear, but the UW found entry issues and made me revise it. I do not see how any of that is the fault of Alamode.win total or how that would change with different software. Software can populate certain sections of a form but it can not change the form (UAD 3.6 dynamic format)
