Use Excel, and you can do it yourself, and make any chart you want.

Plus most MLS will have a step by step tutorial to walk you thru it too. Then you can keep it in a workfile outside of the software....which you should be doing anyway.

I have not got that far into the search....I am sun setting as an appraiser. I do this for the extra discretionary spending. Also I think I have a way of thwarting their free data scraping. I have doubts even about that plan once they go to Cloud.

The funny thing is that we appraisers should just do our own smart exchange. I have already written the software that imports data into win total, It would be easy to convert our data to a larger database that is appraiser only, like mini coops of data.

Its not hard to do.
Wrote a program years ago to convert MLS download to UAD to upload to Wintotal.

That's easy, but again, it only converts what it can cipher from the download.

Some MLS downloads are very detailed, some, not so much.

He wants a solely appraiser database. Me too, but I don’t see it happening unless the government does it. They are practically the only ones that can due to position.

Appraisers could but that is not likely.

Govt should do it and get off their asses.
