Thanks for posting this. Being one of the few people here to have played with it, some issues wlth time have been answered with the above.

However, the tedious 1 question a page, then flp to next question is not a fast proeess like the current 1 page form view. And the time needed for the volume of non needed minutia is gonna be time consumption +.

I don't mind writting a novel, but i do mind still being "form" paid. Poductivity will be going way down with less income. This will be the big issue, next to the extra non paid for extra aggravation. The uad is a 2+ page form. The new faster 3.6 is a 200 page novel. More faster, yea right. Another slow nail for our coffin.

My problem with what I have seen so far is that along with the mind numbing check the boxes process is the inability to tab/enter to navigate and having to mouse and click. Also I have not seen a sales grid in either ACI, which is still in beta and Aivre, of which I have only seen some of a report. How do you do a USPAP compliant report w/o one? The software companies are all "Oh e have to comply with the GSEs" but forget that USPAP trumps all. GSE is just a scope of work issue. Meeting Standards 1 and 2 is an appraisal issue.

I recorded radio commercials in Hollywood in the '80s. Truthfully, Beta was a much better format than VHS. Better picture, more stable, smaller format, less tape eaten inside the cassette.... if I recall correctly, a couple manufacturers like Magnavox and or JVC put out some slick machines that everyone gravitated to and it pushed Beta aside.

Of course, the above has nothing to do with the Mars dude being an arrogant a*s...

Yes we went with Beta for all of the positives above. It sucked big time when it was pushed aside.

So sad. I've not owned appraisal software since 2015 and bet 3.6 isn't going to cost me one single assignment. Not one.
