Called WinTotal and they solved the problem in record time. Less then 10 minutes on the phone. Thank you WinTotal
 
Talked to Alamode again, had me download a file to correct the problem. All is well.
 
I have Alamode, How do I send a report in AI format ? Suntrust is asking me to resend a report AI ???????? The processor does not even know
