Alamode total

I'm not sure why any appraiser would choose Alamode when there are more affordable options available that effectively get the job done without breaking the bank. Additionally, Alamode is part of a corporate hegemony that seems intent on driving appraisers out of business. Here are some better solutions.

Is the quality and productivity as good as Alamode? That's the thing that matters at the end of the day, as these tools are all relatively cheap vs the value provided. SFREP looks nice but that Homeputer site looks like it was designed by an intern in 1998.

Mine is $468.68 but I have the very basic silver membership. That is bad enough, but when it is working, Total is hard to beat. It really doesn't go down very often. Great tech support. If something goes wrong, it has usually been my (user) error. It has a bunch of time saving features. I don't really know what this latest update is.

Per year? That's crazy insane cheap for niche software - a single appraisal order covers it's yearly cost.

I would guess that top of the line subscription might be between $1,000 and $2,500 depending on how many users you have and the features you buy. Don't quote me on that.

I have tried and had other softwares. I like ala mode the best.

As my momma would say, "to each their own". I am not going to argue with you on which is better. Go with whatever floats your boat.

Are they supposed to be back up today or after midnight? I didn't read the notices. They are not back up yet.

I am going to notify clients today appraisal software has been down and delivery could run a couple or 3 days late.

Not supposed to be back up until tomorrow morning if I recall.

My costs for elite and a server license is a little better than $3,000.
