There will be some general info merging, but the problem is the new drop down menus. The current form doesn't have any, can't see any transfer for a lot of the current form. However, that's not the question. The question is, how much of a template can be made of the new uad3. If you gotta fill out each drop menu on each separate appraisal over and over again, then i will be saying goodbye. Unless i can get a fee increase for the amount of extra work and inspection aggravation.

Drop down menus are the worst and I curse the fact that total doesn't have a keybind for them.
I would assume there will be some options for templating fields, but if not I'll be with you saying goodbye
 
Its Monday am and I am not operative. I am really peeved. I am an elite member. I have been on hold for a half hour or more now. I have 4 VA reports to submit before I take a trip. Looking for a new software, any recommendations? This is completely unacceptable.
I was kinda hoping mine would stay off another day. LOL

You may have to take a laptop with you. :giggle:

On a more serious level, I try to let my clients know a long time before I am planning on a trip. When do you have to leave? Is this a sudden trip?

Everything came up late Sunday night at our firm. Thusfar, everything works just as before. Still have no idea what they did, but nothing appears different yet.
 
I was hoping for one more day down.

Now I am back on the treadmill. I have a bunch of yard work to do. One more day down would have helped.

I have a new mower coming today. It will speed me up a little. My mower is pretty old. I spent a day and a half working on it last week. The mower is going now. I will put my wife on one mower and me on another. LOL

Sharpening blades on my old one now. Have to change oil, air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs on it this week sometime. Have to go get my wife new puppy for Mother's day. We lost Zoe.

Looking at goldendoodle. Want as small goldendoodle as possible. Those puppies run like $1,000 to $5,000. I would go to shelter and adopt new dog. Wife has mind set on small goldendoodle. Okay baby.

I will be one taking care of it and training it.

If no product changes I bet it was a data center move or database upgrade or both (transferring data takes a while). Just a guess.

I could call but I am happy it is working right now. I am not calling. LOL

How are you doing? When exactly do you have to leave on your trip?

I know you were very frustrated. I hope it all worked out.

I had one due Monday. I was able to get it out barely by late Monday.

I don't know if you want to take files with you and capable of working remotely or not. I can work remotely when going on a trip but I don't want to.

OTOH, many appraisers don't care about working on mobile device. That is not me.

I am so much faster on desktop than laptop or whatever mobile device. Plus if I am going on a trip, I don't want to work period other than answer an email or voicemail.
