I didn't know about planned maintenance. Not working right. They say maintenance started like last night and running through tomorrow.

I could not log in last night and my import MLS option on side by side screen is not even there. Has anybody else witnessed this and if so is there a work around?

They been emailing that this weekend they would be off on maintenance.

I don't know what other functions are not working on it. I was able to open it this morning. I am moving on to next report which I have barely even started and don't need Total to get going on it.

I have one due Monday but I have an excuse now to be a day late.

My theory is Total is not really down, they just took it offline to give appraisers a much needed weekend off.

They notified me twice over the last couple of weeks of this shut down. The system will be up again on Sunday evening 9pm Central. I haven't had any problem opening my software and using it, I just can access maps, which means the database has limited functionality.

I'm not sure why any appraiser would choose Alamode when there are more affordable options available that effectively get the job done without breaking the bank. Additionally, Alamode is part of a corporate hegemony that seems intent on driving appraisers out of business. Here are some better solutions.
