That is certainly true where I live. You can use Google to view the rooftops. Majority of rooftop solar homes are found on homes over $700,000, here. You won't believe how many Tesla cars are parked in the driveway.

With the state mandated climate action plan for all municipalities, it will be very expensive to live here. No poor people allowed.

San Diego adopts a "serious climate action plan!" Commendable that they've hashed out a solid program (which undoubtedly will involve some pain) to address a problem that has been tremendously over-hyped or doesn't exist at all! What the heck, I'll call that progress!

Well you can see California is dead serious about reduction of greenhouse gases unlike the fraud that was put on in Paris. California state law requires a climate action plan by each municipality. It is enforced by law, anyone can file suit.

What is Pennsylvania's climate action plan?

Pennsylvania is still working on getting a budget as schools are moving to loans to pay their bills, which will be increased taxes down the road.

What would a good plan here, look like to you in Pburgh? I'm sure it would be different than what would look good here.

PA state plan from 2012 is on the internet. Easy to find via Google.

So again, Paris was a joke because the solutions addressing a problem that is either over hyped or non-existent weren't strong enough? \

Locally many water projects ongoing, fighting for restoration of some mass transit cuts (impact on the number of cars on the road), continuation of efforts clean our air, and people trying to **** less. (Okay that last one isn't enshrined anywhere but I know people are trying!)

Hate all the phone calls but Clean Water Action and PennEnvironment are active and keeping the public informed.

The ugly truth of the matter is before one can boast about how much energy they're saving, one must first be wasting an enormous amount. It's an easy task for the trust baby leftists spending granddads money to save the planet from the unrefined tea party types. :- )

It is not clear what benefit is to be accomplished by CO2 restrictions by humans. The claim is reducing CO2 emissions will reduce the temperature of the earth as if there is a one to one correspondence with CO2 levels and temperature. Temperature change so far as it is measured is not showing that relationship at all. And, just like the ozone hole over antarctica shows no improvement after 20+ years of reducing CFCs, why would anyone suppose that even reducing CO2 emissions by human would be different?

Or one could commend them for spending granddad's money to improve the world of granddad's great grandchildren (and beyond).

Federal laws prohibit agencies from engaging in lobbying and propaganda.

“I can guarantee you that general counsels across the federal government are reading this report,” said Michael Eric Hertz, a professor at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York who has written on social media and the government.¹
