I have been trying my maps and it works well. Have you figured out how to get the straight line distance from the subject to the comps?

Get the longitude and latitude of the subject and all the comps, if it's not on the records you have access too, you can pinpoint the properties on Google Earth, then use the calculator from the link, or, just write the formula into excel to do the math when charting many properties.

You can right click on google maps to measure straight line distances.

PhotoScape is much cheaper and can do 95% of what photoshop does.
