By the way, there may be some appriasal-related items in Renewing Opportunity in the American Dream (ROAD) to Housing Act of 2025 that you and other appraisers may object to and which may not be known to some of the ssenators who voted for the bill, but if you are going to fight against a bill that you think negatively affects your profession, then you probably know exactly which bill actually passed out of the Banking Committe and which bill you are actually need to fight.

The website you reference is confusing Warnock's proposed legislation (which is Senate bill 2322 and has not been voted on at all by the Banking Committee) with another bill called the Renewing Opportunity in the American Dream (ROAD) to Housing Act of 2025 that was voted out unaminously by the Banking Committee.

A lot of it appears to be rehashing similar programs that have really done nothing to improve the situation. Throw more money at the problem and watch it disappear into the NGO black hole
