I fixed it for you:Hey, where did this go? The link did not work. Was looking forward to reading.
The life of an appraiser, constant disappointment.

"mature housing stock," Price of ownership,"Does 3.6 still ban words like "master bedroom" and " central vacuum"?
I think that our group as a whole has dementia, based on the average appraiser age being over 60. And the posting of i believe in rainbows, is proof.I'm sensing that you are not entirely on-BORG! (as in, "You Will Be Assimilated")
I tried to re-enter the workforce during the Great recession. The gawking of my work history by the interviewers was classic. They couldn't wrap their heads around the self-employment thing. Plus, I'm not as good looking as I was due to being in my sixties.... so, that didn't help.Financially and mentally, I'm not prepared to completely retire. So there are several doors to pick from: 1) re-ignite my RE sales income; (Buyers are STILL liars and Sellers can be exasperating) 2) re-launch my business catering to attorneys and non-GSE's; 3) get with the 3.6 system which will likely pay the bills for the next 3-5 years when I will most certainly retire; 4) or simply drop dead. Those are the doors I see.
I'm unaware of the details, but a Spark rep on the FBook link recently said that Spark will Fully populate 3.6.I tried to re-enter the workforce during the Great recession. I think for me to jump on board with the 3.6, I need a program like Spark to autofill the comps, subject information, charts and graphs, etc. (With me making the selection of comparables to input into the report, not AI) It appears to be a long and arduous task to start each 3.6 as a blank online form each and every time. Based on the sample fees posted here on the Forum for the 3.6, the fees are not up to standards even for the 2.6. It doesn't appear to be worth it.
That'd be great. Still sounds like a lot of bugs though based on comments. Maybe the appraiser's doing them now (the beta testers) will be rewarded, maybe not.I'm unaware of the details, but a Spark rep on the FBook link recently said that Spark will Fully populate 3.6.
