AMC complaint over 60 days late

BEWARE of this company. They are Bad News. I never got paid either. Invoice for $1200.00 over 180 days late. Owner NEVER takes or returns calls and there is never even any staff that answers the phones, and they don't even have a functionining website. I know another appraiser that also had the same expierence with non payment but he is also claiming they went on to forge his signature on reports electronically (I dont know if this is true but that is the claim) He is now taking all the steps available to prosecute) .
