AMC free bidding

Glenn, it is a platform and bidding marketplace I set up for appraisers. There is a 6% charge and that's it. It is going to use Stripe not PayPal and this is being worked on. It is not for AMCs its a direct marketplace for appraisers and clients. You bid your fee for appraisals and reviews. I created it because Im sick of this middle man who is now hiring their own employees. So Im cutting out the middle man. Its my app and its not an AMC. Fees are transparent to all parties. Appraisers are paid after the report is approved, no waiting a month. Stripe will handle all the financial transactions. I'm doing this for us; sign up all your friends or it won't work. I have 14,000-18,000 views a month on Facebook, been on here since 2003, and more on linked in. Its happening and right before UAD 3.6. Its designed for local independent appraisers not skippys. It's been far too long that we have suffered a take over. The time is now for Liberty, Justice, and the American way!

How long has it been up and running, how many clients have responded
 
I just started it... We need coverage to take out the middle man. Tell a friend post everywhere to other appraisers. Agents, Lenders, and homeowners... you know they are sick of the quality problem and the fees. Everyone is sick of grumpy appraisers who are being ripped off. Good appraiers are leaving the profession. If we don't make it happen our jobs are at risk from being taken over by these foriegn corporations and their monopolistic ways. We will need reviewers and appraisers in each market. Once established there's no way they will be able to keep licensed appraisers except for maybe the AMC owners. It will take a group effort to fight for our independence. The way it is now is anti-competitive since we work for them and they hire their own employees to do the easy ones covering an entire state. You know those employees are overworked and their reviewers are probably not even getting paid what they are worth. Its been a sly acquisition of our fees which are the same as 26 years ago or less.
 
Seems like Mercury Network Lite with a few positives, such as quick pay. Who are the reviewers? Regardless I will give it a try. Nothing to lose
 
The reviewers are appraisers and they bid on those as well and 6% because reviews are appraisals.
