As this gets rolling and the snowball gets bigger and bigger as it rolls down the hill, all major cities will adapt this.

Apparently the states think it's OK for people to do appraisals without a license, just don't sell real estate, cars, or insurance without a license. Or do nails, hair, or contractor work without a license. TN Commerce and Insurance fines people for unlicensed activities. Fannie and Freddie just made up a profession to avoid licensing.

The point was that he may not even have a driver's license for all we know and for all the GSE's and AMC's care.
