What I said 3 years ago - these are all about the AMC profits. And they’re friends at the GSEs helping them out.

i’m sure at one point in time some of these people were good respected appraisers, but they’ve completely sold themselves out and are now an embarrassment to the profession. time to have them all fade off into the sunset.
