Mike went through a hard divorce. Divorce is not easy. Not sure you have ever been through one. I have.

The bank that hired Mike got a great mentor and appraiser. The Lord blessed Mike with a wonderful new wife. He deserved it.

Tell him I said that for you haters.

He has helped me many many times.

Mike would laugh at me and say Zoe, your way too small to challenge me Sir. He is a really good man and appraiser.

Enough- are you in love with this guy or is it his wife -its getting of weird poast after post about Mike-Mike -Mike-- Are you even a member of his organization ?

You would not want to meet him unless you needed him Mr. Glenn.

Let's get back to the original poster needing reference about the topic. Stay on track Mr Glenn.

The tip came from another fomite.

Unlicensed property data collectors create substantial liability for lenders. According to the Veterans Administration

The largest AMC hired a convicted felon named Paschal Uchendu as a property data collector. This occurred while Mr. Uchendu was awaiting sentencing for orchestrating a $1.2 million armed robbery of a courier van, which he was employed to secure. Cases like this one (and others) raise concern that criminals, convicted or otherwise, will use property data collections as an opportunity to "case" homes for robbery, sex crimes, and other criminal activity. This creates liability for lenders, the GSEs/taxpayers, homebuyers, and others who order and rely on these products. Licensed appraisers and their trainees who are bound by ethics, vetted and background checked by their respective states should be used for all property data collections going forward.

So now, the gang of six that the GSEs gave control of these products is hiring strong-armed felons as property data collectors. One more “conspiracy: theory comes to fruition. I wonder what the shills on the forum will come up with now. The spin cycle is going to be out of service soon.:rof::rof::rof:
Just to refresh Mr Glenn

BGC - is only as good as the person it's being done on. Similar to Ethics, it can't be taught.

As far as the bank robber, he was just gathering money for court costs. The question is did he actually have an appraisers license or did he steel one? Theft of licenses has been around for a long time, if I remember, there were a few that produced work for various companies, some for a few months and some for years. BGC no guarantee about anyone, what about Smells Fartgo, all their employees have BGC??
oh I disagree

As with beliefs and values, personal ethics can differ widely from person to person. As mentioned already, beliefs and values often motivate a person by defining what they see as being important. In turn, they influence a person's attitudes, and how they behave.

re personal ethics the same for all individuals?

Personal ethics defined

Individuals use their ethics to determine between right and wrong and influence how someone behaves in challenging situations. Each person's code of ethics varies, but many people share common ethics such as honesty and respect

"Court documents show that Rollins was indicted in April on seven more counts of felony child molestation for groping students, stemming from separate events that happened on August 11, 2022."

The judge was nice on the bail amount.
