AMCs Asking For Proof Of 3.6 Training Before Giving New Orders.

Different appraisers reporting that the large AMCs are only assigning 3.6 orders to trained appraisers who can show proof and evidence of the courses they have taken.

Actually this makes sense in not allowing untrained people to be experimenting on client's and the public. It also weeds out ones who don't want to advance their skills report writing education.This alone by the end of 2026 help retire many sitting on the fence.

It’s the sleaziest AMCs that are trying this, it’s a feeble attempt to brown nose seedy lenders, similar to promising 24 hour turn times, etc. There was a nation state that attempted a similar method by requiring an experimental vaccine for a virus that was far less deadly than claimed. Draconian measures often have a way backfiring and creating confusion and distrust. Many wisely chose to decline the vaccine and observe what the side effects would be to their peers who surrendered.

I would ask your software tech if he or she has any recommendations and the larger educators. Also look on you tube many love to show off their skills in video's.

The pressure comes from the investors IE Money Center Banks and Large Mortgage Bankers like Rocket etc. They all contract with large AMCs and want reports that are completed by people who have taken courses so their familiar with the 3.6 when orders start to go out.
