AMCs Asking For Proof Of 3.6 Training Before Giving New Orders.

The only thing to remember, no learning, is the new minutia home inspection items on the subject and comps, which are now needed. Obviously, these lenders know bupkis about the new form.

Let's see... License? check, E&O? check, background check? check, bank account number? check, CE? check, UAD cert? check. Feel good and managed? You do realize all this comes out of the less than half the fee you earned they didn't keep. I sleep pretty good knowing I'm not contributing to this madness. Imagine, twice the money, half the work.

Where can we take the UAD 3.6 7-hour course?
How much will it cost?
AMCs ask to provide the certificate.

I tried to listen to the initial 5 hour spiel, but only made it half way through. Are there any actual demos of an appraisal inspection on an Android tablet available?
I'm still trying to figure out how to put the pictures in the report. It's like putting together a new BBQ grill with no instruction manual.

The threat of withholding work is the only stick these monkeys have and the carrots getting smaller. Sorta like your partner withholding sex. At some point, it doesn't matter. It's just not worth it and you quit asking. It's not like somebody else wants it.

Congratulations.....you are just the appraiser AMC's are looking for.

I'm getting mine delivered today and will be doing just that. An end to end inspection on site in real time with me only glancing at the new 3.6 form once when it came out in Total. I'll post a link when it's done we'll see how bad it really is.

Nobody has asked me, but I don't work with a lot of AMCs because they rarely accept my bids. I don't intend to take a class.

Is this normal? Condo (?!?) spelled wrong and won't let me scroll up
