yes you could...cost to cure is not the way to go. As is, pairing sales is better way. But finding other Amish homes or Old Order Mennonite to use is the way to go even if you have to travel 100 miles or more and back in time 3 years.

I don't see Fannie Mae lending on this anyway, but in house, I would think "just do it" and find other Amish comps.
