It seems to me that the Great State of Tennessee and their appraiser coalition would be FAR better served by inviting one of your own licensees to address these various issues, even if his day job is with a GSE. I'm just another semi-literate 600# incel HS dropout who lives in his mom's basement, with a mouth. Beyond that my opinions are irrelevant.
