Student loan debt is now the second highest consumer debt category - behind only mortgage debt - and higher than both credit cards and auto loans.

According to Make Lemonade, there are more than 44 million borrowers with $1.3 trillion in student loan debt in the U.S. alone. The average student in the Class of 2016 has $37,172 in student loan debt.

I'm seeing some of the same signs we saw in 2005. The whole thing is fixing to fall apart. Again. Time to warm up the REO forms.

I am the gardener, goo goo ga joob! :leeann2:

In my area, there is so much construction going on, so much money pumping into the local economy.....
This bubble has barely begun to inflate. I will be a while. It may be spectacular. Again.
Your bubble may vary.

The stock market bubble continues. Recalling the historic decoupling of markets, that coupled during the crash, and caught everyone by surprise. Diversification was suppose to protect investors. But this time is different. :)

The infamous Housing Bubble Bursting thread, was started by Austin on March 24, 2016, and as we know, the bubble didn’t burst until ’08.
