Another pet peeve

We are going to a bi-polar appraisal system. Human appraiser with over 30 pages of minutia, a fannie avm only spitting out a final value.
Now which do you think will be here less in a couple of years. Hopefully, those few appraisers left will be paid more for those difficult properties.

I'm sorry, when has an accountant given you any page paragraph number and why they used that approach. And what other tax laws didn't they use. That's my point, every profession has some standards, but they don't have the new minutia prove it mentality.

Their "client" is the IRS. They are the ones that will want chapter and verse. Yes they work for their real clients, but the IRS/State Revenue Dept has the final say.
