ANZI has been around long time and now its part of whats called international ISO and going to be the standard in many Nations in all sorts of different types of measuring.

It has nothing to do with USPAP. BUT "Waivers and Non-Invasive Inspections will eliminate the need to physically measure most homes in the future anyway. So it won't be an appraisers issue down the road.

they can skip the whole process for all i care...but bitter and anger borrowers will need help suing the unethical stakeholders for fraud and damages and that is where someone like me can help

no. the stairs, doors, walls do not have to be on any normal fannie, FHA sketch.
they apparently have to be with the separate inspection. but then that sketch isn't ansi measurement needed requirement, on the bifuccated order
anything you want more to show on your sketch is your option.
underwriter can ask for whatever they want, even it being wrong, or stupid. not sure, but you have to find fannie saying what ansi is, to change that mind.

To piggyback on this for clarity, FNMA does require a floor plan, doors, staircases, labels for each room and exterior egress on a sketch when the floor plan is atypical or has some level of functional obsolescence.

Ironically, of importance to the real estate world, is a case that SCOTUS declined. That is a case out of Missouri in which an architecture firm, Designworks Homes, Inc. sued Columbia House of Brokers Realty, Inc. after the real estate company mocked up and published floor plans along with their residential listings. The drawings in the case depicted a home in Columbia, Missouri that was designed, built and sold by architect Charles James and his firm in 1969. The home had a unique triangular forum that the designing architect testified to the lower court was his greatest architectural accomplishment.

due to a recent copyright lawsuit a floor plan was not provided.....please contact the architect of the home for a floor plan
