if on an appraisal, when most appraisers do no make an adjustment if less than 100 sq ft, then what is the relevance of your drawing having such preciseness?
if public records are off on a house by over 100 sf, you don't know it, but everyone uses that number. what then is the preciseness of 1/10th mean on the adjustment?
i certainly understand missing something on a detached home, having done it myself.
in a row home i guess i'm going to have to get the terrel caliper to measure the wall thickness by opening a window.
the only easy part of measuring a city row home is the front of it.
i know, i have a very hard appraising life.
