Anyone complete a UAD 3.6 report ..... yet

It’s so entertaining watching tech nerds debate each other on LinkedIn :rof: The **** talking is extremely weak. This guy comes across about as arrogant as they come, but we’ll see. I’ve done a few full/real appraisals on his platform. Nothing wrong with it, like every other platform.

I have no idea how this thing is progressing when every company seems to have a different format or way of doing things. I’ve stopped trying to make sense of what the GSE‘s are doing, but there has to be some format that is universal.

Edited to give the guy a chance.

If he can put all the software providers out of business, it would be great ... but you know the old saying" "If it sounds too good to be true"...

(Makes no difference to me either way, but for the sake of those of you buckling down needing to survive the "Abomination 3.6 Appraiser Extinction Event", I hope he succeeds! :giggle:)

It would be great if he can deliver and win. Theoretically the best mousetrap wins, but we all know due to graft and politics, quite often the 10th best mousetrap gets the funding, the approval and is selected. In this industry I think we can safely assume the level of graft and hoodwinking behind the scenes would make Tim Walz envious.

I don't see it on their website is it available yet
So far just the teaser on LinkedIn. I reached out to a dude that works for them, but haven't heard back. Seems to me the biggest hurdle will be getting the GSE's to sign off on it.

If he can actually deliver - and it really is pro bono to the appraiser - he will win.

True, provided we have choices with the software. I wonder if the software "trophy" selection will be similar to how it was done back when form filling software replaced typewritten reports. I'm unsure how many made the cut, but at least two of them were developed by appraisers, possibly more. SFREP and ACI were, I'm unsure about the rest. IMO SFREP has been the best because it was developed by an appraiser and so many of those small items in the cells prove that, plus you had choices on the number of bells and whistles you want with the software.

I suspect it's gonna take a minute. It's one thing to get AI to code you a gui. It's quite another to get that approved by the GSE's. Pretty sure he's in the inner circle, though, so I'm sure he'll get the friendly treatment.

Universal HIGH income is the new promise. And that is what it will have to be before there is violence in the streets.

Here's the thing, when they eliminate enough jobs, they only have 2 choices - pay a very comfortable income to people for sitting home or you will have carnage in the streets. If you think Things like Jan 6 or Luigi was bad, that's child's play to what you get when unemployment at 10, 15, 20, 30%? And if you don't think it could get that bad, you aren't paying attention.

Now I can't stand the thought of sitting home with no purpose, I think that destroys the human soul. But I'm gen X, so I was raised different that the younger generation. Many of which sit home now and play on the computer all day and call it a job. So maybe they'll be conditioned to do nothing? Not me.
you are overly optimistic. Haven't you seen the Matrix?
