Nice small mouth! Our largemouth was from a smaller inland lake, doesn't quite have the weight that the small mouth does!
My father in-law has a boat on Lake Erie down near Fermi, great walleye and perch fishing...and the occasional Sheephead (which I think are 'cute'). Though he hasn't dropped his boat in the water this year, gas prices are way too high for that guzzler, especially at the marina. Its an old 25' cabin cruiser with I/O motor...he said he gets something like 1-2 miles a gallon? Ouch.
Every October they used to drag that boat up to Ludington to do Coho and Steelhead fishing...probably not this year though!!
