Either way, I still stand behind my conclusion that indie appraisers aren't Hal's AMC Expo target audience. Having it year after year in a no expense spared location is classic gate keeping toward the those who are having a hard time in this market, and that's indie appraisers not AMC, GSE, software, and appraisal insta-toot execs with expense accounts.

I have a snake eating its own tail on my right forearm, and J.R.R Tolkien’s lettermark/sygill on my left forearm. Both pretty hard to miss since I’m usually in some short sleeved or rolled sleeved state cause of the state I serve in, haha

I also wear pretty “loud” patterned button ups to make sure workers on construction sites don’t think I’m a supervisor And it’s worked in my favor, cause the sales people and supers know me by that now and don’t pay me any mind anymore.

The food and drinks are crazy high.
I've been going to Las Wages since mid seventies and I'm done. We have good casinos within 75 miles with better rooms and food and no 110 degree heat.
