Hello all- I am an adult student and one of my assignments is interviewing an entrepreneur. I was interested in getting into the residential appraisal business and thought it would be a great idea to focus my entrepreneur interview on an appraiser. I presently work for an AMC so I am familiar with much of the basics; however, I do not wish to interview any of my clients. Therefore, I chose appraisersforum.com to look for an appraiser that would be willing to complete a short interview via instant messenger or phone. Anyone interested in helping a student?

Hey-- I know I work for an AMC but I feel so deeply for the legalities that appraisers are forced to adhere to. I actually am in support of Appraiser Independence and can't wait until appraisers are allowed to talk to their clients again.

The reason I do not wish to interview my clients is because I am in the process of separating from my company and don't want to violate any client relationships. Its best to separate work from personal.
