Hey did you steal my 1986 Savings and Loan adjustment cheat sheet. Thank God -- NOPE - just pulled it out of the drawer and it's says under "appeal" use Average : ) LMAO

I admit... despite 35 years of appraisal experience.. I don't know what an 'appeal adjustment' is. How did you learn about that? How did you extract support from the market for that adjustment?
