Start identifying as a teen and change the date. They key to success is mental illness solidarity. As long as you’re with the breakdown of underlying fundamentals of civilization you’re in the clear until the colllapse.
I'm like George Washington and his cherry tree. I needed to be an appraiser so I didn't have to lie.

So less actual appraiser jobs that actually add to the economy and more suck off the tit govt jobs that do nothing and add no value? Seems about right.
What proof do you have of that?
They are not going to invent jobs or hold open jobs just for "Parea people". It's a freaking online course, not a scholarship to Harvard.
He made the govt job thing up. He has no inside track on any of it - far as I can tell.
I have 20 years experience and applied for more than one government job of which I am overqualified. Never even got an interview. I applied for the assessor's office several times and they never give me a chance, they hired younger people who were less qualified.
I'm a gen Xer and healthier than most 30 year olds. I told a property owner how old I was and he turned white; he thought I was lying.

PAREA Means A Better Education.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

The Appraisal Foundation, the foremost authority on the appraisal and valuation profession, believes that the appraisal industry should reflect the diversity of the nation. We are proud to be partnering with our sponsors and professional stakeholder organizations in working toward a more inclusive and diverse appraisal community.

A career in appraisal and valuation is an excellent opportunity for anyone, but especially ideal for those wanting the independence the appraisal profession can offer. In an effort to support more inclusive strategies, The Appraisal Foundation has created this page to encourage underrepresented groups to consider the appraisal profession.

To further this mission, we are committed to the following:

Working towards an inclusive appraisal profession and Foundation boards that are reflective of the United States we live in today

Expanding required anti-bias and fair housing training for appraiser credentialing and continuing education-Facilitating connections between prospective appraisers and seasoned practitioners-Creating a career pathway for aspiring appraisers to meet their educational and experiential requirements

Do women really get an advantage versus a minority? I really do not think we do. I never got an advantage in college or a job for being a woman.

No not a white women that ship sailed 30 years ago you are now in the same boat as a white male. If your over 45 most don't want either. I hate to say it but I think men sold women a lot of crap as most I know work more hours and are supporting a lot of mens lifestyles.

I was 62 when I was hired by PennDOT.

Whenever I go into say for example, a Home Depot, the old codgers always give you the best service. They walk you over to what you're looking for and inquire about your project. Then give suggestions and state "oh, you need one of these". They up sale without even realizing they're doing so.

The young guys just hang and talk to their buddies and tell you what you're looking for is on isle 17 and go back to talking.

Old guys rule....

How many PAREA graduates will stick with the field if they come to find very limited income and hire options?

Thing are projected to be sluggish in the housing market for an unknown time -
Well if grants are given to candidates that check the boxes they could just do it part time with something else.
