Appraisal Port charging $16.50 per upload now. They have continued to raise the fee over and over and we just take it. What are your thoughts?

Everybody can feel the unease we all voted for. Printing money for goods and services is irresistible but the cracks are starting to show. The surrender to technology has also made everything vulnerable and weak.

Nothing you can do if your client sets their fees too.

I thought the $150 plus taken by the AMC was the issue- Is it now a Portal fee of $16 bucks :)

If you are going to use AppraisalPort, add $16.50 to your fee quotes. Of course, you can always tell Clients that they will pay the transmittal fee... or... you can refuse to do assignments that require the use of AppraisalPort.

Welcome to the wonderful world of the diminishing value of the dollar. Thank your politicians every chance you get.
What do politicians have to do with Appraisal Port, Mercury Network or any company charging more to upload an appraisal report, prices for everything appraisal related have been going upward for YEARS regardless of any politician or who is in office.
