With all the problems and crap Alamode is pulling, I am thinking about changing software companies. Any suggestions would be appreciated. It was BS to eliminate the management system unless the Xsites is purchased. This is just a ploy to force appraisers into buying the Xsites. What other features are they going to eliminate next in an attempt to force us into buying another product?

I am going to call United Systems (Appraisal Studio).

check out Wilson Computer Applications

I second that. WCA (Real Easy) and SFREP (Appraise-It) are the same thing. I am in the process of demo-ing all the software I can find and so far these are my favorites. They are basic, uncomplicated programs that work well and don't have all the compter-crashing sludge that the bigger ones have. They don't have 14-million buttons to click like the other ones either. They are lean and mean.

I hated United Systems (Appraisal Studio). I just tried ACI and hated it too. It is a behemoth with "crash-my-computer" written all over it. I'm debating whether to even to try WinTotal. With all those cooks in the kitchen, I can already imagine what the food tastes like.

been using real easy for 2.5 years, good program, easy to use, little limited on addendums space to right for new SOW. but i like it over all.

ClickFORMS has a 30 day free trial with full usage of the program.

You should have provided the download link Bill. :D

ClickFORMS has a solid design, IMHO, providing a very simple interface to a very powerful program. The download you get as a demo is the full program just as if you had paid for it, but you get to use it for 30 days before you need to pay.

Does Bradford charge for updates?

Do you all purchase the service contract?

Do they have a section to keep track of invoices that are paid?

It looks like the cost is $800 plus $100 for the signature.

I tried United Systems, but didn’t like it.

I wanted to try Clickforms but was unable to download the demo.

Next, I will try ACI. As a trainee, I liked the software. Their comp data base was great and easy to use.

Did the link in your email not work or what?

Yes, the link did not work. I tried it 3 times.
