I am hoping to find someone who is willing to take me on as a trainee seeking to gain his General Certified Appraiser license and MAI designation, in the San Antonio or Austin Area. I am currently have a Texas Trainee license and have worked off and on in residential appraisal for 3+ years. My goals is to make a career as a commercial appraiser.
