I don't need to insult you JGrant. You provide sufficient self inflicted insults for a lifetime.

Rather than return Mr. Rex's latest lob of insult, I'll remind him that the reason people post a quote from a source such as USPAP, is so that everyone participating can access and discuss it. But that does not seem of interest to him.

I will look it up later when I have time, and comment .

Rex needs to state a reference page or number at a minimum. Otherwise, it is just misguided interpretation.

So is it asking too much for you to post the reference number?

At a minimum.

Apparently the forum is malfunctioning as some must not have Post 146 by Mr. Rex. Start by looking between posts 145 and 147! That's where I found it!

Pot meet kettle. Your posts #121 and #151 are funny--thanks for the laugh. Calvin and I propose a more comprehensive definition of the word "analyze" than you (i.e. we do more "analysis" than you apparently--your consider reporting facts to be analysis) and are labeled skippy.

Do your ever read what you post? Or don't you have the time!:rof:

Rex,

no one is saying you are wrong, just asking you to support your comments. In fact, I was willing to support you until you caved in.

Caved in to what? Where does it say I need to spoon feed other certified appraisers USPAP? Mine is on my desk. Where is yours?

Interesting, how the losers in a debater resort to ridicule, since they can't logically support their postition anymore!

The entertainment aspects of posts are part of the fun, though.
