Personal interviews/Oral examinations are not unheard of in other professions. Some last as long as all day.

Congratulations Mike! I am in the process of getting my certification right now. Iowa also has started doing interviews after the files are reviewed. From others in my company I've heard they had a similar experiences with the interview...I'm a little apprehensive about it, but also very eager...hopefully I can get finished up soon!
