Are you in need of some appraisal assistance?
Here’s a bit about me:
I have over 15 years of experience as an appraisal office manager, valuation specialist, and quality control appraisal reviewer for bare land to multi-million dollar properties. For the past few years I have been assisting appraisers in writing and developing residential appraisal reports from offices in San Diego, San Francisco, Marin County, Alameda and Contra Costa counties. I am fluent in all Northern California markets and MLS systems, ACI, WINTOTAL, the development of the 1004MC, the REO addendum, 1007, 216, 1004d, VA and FHA appraisal and inspection reporting requirements as well as being UAD and HVCC, etc., experienced, trained and compliant. It currently takes me 45min-3 hours to complete a report depending on whether or not the comparables are provided and the level of reconciliation I am expected to provide.
I'm a bit of a techie and have all requisite software (ACI, WINTOTAL, Datamaster, S.M.A.R.T., MS Office, Acrobat, etc.). Samples of my work are available upon request, and I can assist with other U.S. markets if data and/or data sources are provided.
