Appraising on a Motorcycle

I ride as much as possible. I usually limit my motorcycle appraising to vacant homes, rural properties, 2055's, and comparable picture days. I ride in full gear and look like a geek. It matches by PDA, Disto, iPhone, and GPS.

Yes, it's a great way to mix pleasure, fun, and saving into one. I has a GPS mounted on my bike and pre-enter my subject and comps. My GPS will auto arrange my properties in the most efficient order, works 90% of time otherwise, I ride a little extra.

I typically leave the bike parked at home on high end properties, in bad weather, and really long field days.

I've recently got into road bicycling, so I hope to do a few vacant homes in the future.

Learn to ride, ride to learn

My Harley won't allow GPS to be mounted on it.

Dropping your workfile could bring a whole new meaning to 'paper trail' :rof:

I've taken the pontoon to a couple of lake properties. Shorts, T shirt, Flip flops, dogs with me, not to mention a cooler full of beer.woohoo
A "float by" appraisal? :rof::rof:

My sponsor and I do use my Harley for drive-bys when the weather's nice and the locations are rural. Too hot in South Texas during the summer but October through April, it's great!

You two ride together on a harley? Please tell me that at least one of you are female.

I wanna' go home with the armidillo, country music from Amirillo and Abilene,
The friendliest people and the prettiest women you've ever seen.........
You, sir, are so right! Love that area of North Texas.

Of course, I'm Native and totally biased. :icon_mrgreen:

And, back to the thread, we ride year-round. :beer:
