Cheatle was hired not because of DEI but she knew the Biden lady personally.

Perhaps, I have not compared her expeirence toother agents so I can not say.

But Elliot and the rest of the jackals immediately label her a DEI hire. Her mistake, it seems, is accepting responsibility—she should have passed the buck like Trump does and blamed everyone else.

EVERY male for decades was a DEI hire for decades! (but without the label !!) - that was my point, in part sarcasm to make a point, but historically, it was true.

Think about it...only males were accepted in many professions and the males were teh ones who got the big jobs and medals and titles and got promoted , even if less qualified or by nepotism and look how many turned out to be incompetent or crooks -

I don't know why you attached a DEI element to this part of the discussion. The AQB is reconsidering the question about what the right amount of academic qualifications are for the minimum requirements of appraiser qualifications. Not anything which touches upon the topic of diversity and inclusion.
