Oh my, the president of the AI is trying to walk back her letter to the AQB supporting dropping the college-level degree requirement for certified general and supporting periodic recertification of all appraisers. The MAI's revolted and now the letter is being called a misunderstanding. Eh, sure didn't look that way but I guess even the president isn't above being treated less than by the MAI's.

Trump had no experience in govt prior to taking the oath of office for POTUS.

Unless a president is reelected, nobody has the experience for the job of POTUS. Experience in 'government' has proven to be an extremely low threshold of competence.
