I believe the 99 issue was over the certification, not .23 but over a minor difference in the wording from the required USPAP certThat was 2005 when we had the big tiff over the forms.
More and more it seems like an argument between those who feel privileged/entitled and those who made their own way (college or not).
There are people who have always been self educating, with college giving them a boost and there are people who think simply getting a random degree puts them at par with the former.
A poster said that appraisers should be in large firms.
Not sure why a residential appraiser would want a staff position or even a fee split position inside a large firm. It seems like those who seek these positions are unable to secure their own work.
How about you frame your question in terms of a complete thought so we can understand what you're talking about?
I don't care what you care about, it is really a non issue for me.
I will exercise as much anonymity as the owner of the forum will allow me.
Go away now. Above grade basements , what a joke. Why don't you blow Denis a big kiss too.
What makes was look bad are the rule makers.
