If the state govt in question doesn't consider TAF or the ASC to be lobbyist entities then what does that do for your allegation?

Frank endorsement of your boys' comment won't be beneficial; in fact, it may exacerbate your situation. It seems you still can't distinguish between lobbying and lobbyists. Unfortunately, Florida law does make that distinction.

So, it isn't the action of the individual that defines the meaning but the label being used? Because that isn't how law, rule and regulation function IRL.
