I am a American Nationalist- to me Libertarians are just lone wolfs who have nothing to contribute to society .
To me, American nationalists are selfish people who don't like cooperation and don't care about the billions of people who live in other countries.

True we do not care about people in other Countries . Each Country has to take care of their own. we also do not believe in open borders and immigration only to the best and brightest. American nationalism, is a form of civic, ethnic, cultural or economic influences found in the United States. Essentially, it indicates the aspects that characterize and distinguish the United States as an autonomous political community.

"Libertarians can't have personal opinions. Libertarians think that anyone can do whatever they want at any time!" :ROFLMAO:

Do you think junk food companies should be able to advertise to children directly? That's a good thing for society?
"can't have personal opinions" is an argument that nobody has suggested or applied. The question at hand has zero to do with an individual's opinion, but what it would take for that individual opinion to be shared and adhered to by almost everyone else in society. For some reason you're fixated on advertising, which insofar as your personal opinion goes that's 100% legitimate for you as the individual to hold that opinion because everyone gets to hold their opinions.

What I've been telling you is that our society cannot and will not seek the higher path unless by mass agreement/consent. Imposing those values on people via authoritarian means doesn't win their hearts and minds, it only places them in servitude. People have agreed to trade liberties for security, which is how we have come to have criminal codes, enforcement and adjudication of those laws/regs. People have agreed to care for the widows and orphans and the elderly and infirmed, which is how we have come to some of these social entitlements. But they haven't yet agreed to care for the social misfits who aren't holding up their end - which lack of public agreement is something you are criticizing our society for.

In any case, America isn't going to parallel the social values of the Nordic nations because we don't share the same cultural values that it would take to enact/enforce those laws. We don't have the high level of social coercion going where the shaming tactics you are constantly trying to use would work. It will be common for an American to tell Karen to FOAD as opposed to taking her seriously enough to submit to her complaints. Hence our belated resistance and now the pushback against cancel culture - which BTW is how the Real Housewives of the O.C. wage their disagreements, not how their husbands operate with their social circle.

You (mostly) got that right. We do care about the people in other nations to the extent that we want to do business with them. In furtherance of our own interests, of course. Which is also the extent - you could say "reciprocal" - that any nation's people actually have in our interests.

When we stop living the victim-hood mentality, we become proactive rather than reactive. And remember that action is always faster than reaction. We stop allowing other people to control our actions or thoughts. When we become proactive, we start thinking long-term instead of short-term and we base our actions toward the future state we aspire to achieve. No Jeffrey just has to figure out how to move into a proactive mode rather than on that does nothing to further his ideologies. I Suggest he joins the Peace Corp,

I envision a world where a businessman cannot find an advertising company that is willing to endanger the lives of children by advertising junk food to them. Sounds crazy, I know. We'll get there one day though.
Not in evidence among mankind. It will require govt intervention into commerce to prohibit advertising (for example) tobacco or alcohol to minors.

Those social values may change when the Nordics begin underwriting their own defense budgets against the threat of Russian invasion. Amazing the good that can be done when someone else pays for their defense. Put differently, the Nordics, Canada, most of Europe have a fantastic, largely unearned standard of living by virtue of living in the shadow of a benign hegemon.

Those Nordic social values may change further when the generational effects of globalization are fully felt in a few years.

American approach to social welfare is more pragmatic than most of the world, IMO. We take care of defense, roads, the old, the infirm, neighboring countries, and the habitually criminal. Not a bad system, I think.

How about a world where the parents take responsibility and not buy the junk food for their kids. Sounds crazy, I know. But we'll get there one day though.
