Given the number of webinars featuring appraisers who have completed them, it is unclear why you would think that. Thousands of appraisers have successfully completed reports in UAD 3.6. I talked to appraisers at Val Expo who had already done 10 or more.

We are finding out that completing one and having an actual client receive one are two different things. I would take that number with a large grain of salt.

I get to see them in UCDP, so I know that they are being successfully submitted for real clients.

I would be willing to bet the numbers of actually received reports vs the number of report claimed to have been completed don't match up.

Also, are the lenders having any issues with the implementation?

Have they pushed it to summer 2027 yet?

My software guy last week told me no software is really ready and they were all pushed to rush these to Market. Every one of the software is a year away from functioning properly.

We’ll see what the narcissists at the GSEs decide to do.
