wayne,

i did not call the woman a name. i stated a fact. the poster stated she got a loan and isnt paying it back. she is a deadbeat and is so in the trerms of your site's definition. u have a deadbeat lenders list for those company's that dont pay. and u have a forum for bad clients. u allow people to post actual company names, employees, and company addresses. i state a truth and i get admonished. break your own site rules. censorship at it's finest. hypocritical at the least. thanks for nothing

You specifically called someone posting in the Ask an Appaiser forum a Deadbeat and you don't even know them! You are supposed to be a professional, act like one.

We are talking about two different things, and you know it. The Deadbeat Listings is the name of the web site where appraisers are allowed to post overdue accounts. This is dealing in facts, if someone owes you money and has not paid you for 90 days , that is FACT. For you to call a member of the public that you don't even know and have had no business dealings a "deadbeat" is just plain wrong.

A subscription would make no diffence. You haven't been around here long enough to know that no amount of money would convince me to allow someone to engage in name calling in this forum that I have been operating for 4 years!

Consider this a warning: If you can't follow our posting rules then you can't post here. I will not debate this with you any more, this is my house and I expect my guests to be civil and abide by my rules. Otherwise there would be total chaos like some internet forums I have seen.
