3/4 Basement w 1C Built In Garage

IMO for ex. 1000sf first floor over 1000sf Basement = Full Bsmt. anything less...Partial Bsmt.

Full means Full/100% of first floor Area.

What would a partial basement with built in garage look like?

?
If the garage is in the basement it is still a basement wether it is a full or partial basement. Which is what we call a built in garage or drive under garage. Which would be inferior to an attached garage or a garage that is not in the basement. I'm sure this varies by market. As long as you are consistent with your comps I don't know that it really matters what you call it.

Basement garage or drive out basement garage. Explain.
