Basement Square Footage Question

That's right state board members. That kitchen, bath, bedrm rm finished basement unit isn't an adu cause there ain't no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Myself personally would call it a finished basemend, period. But i don't make the rules. I just follow them, or enforce them. The question will come up one way, or the other by an underwriter.

Maybe your comment is not in regard to my comment, but if it is you need to reread the OP.

No heat in bedroom or bathroom.

That is my question, does that come into play?
