Alebrewer; My bad you are correct, we did include the link. After further review, my initial response was only partially correct, even with the link, it was not a violation because it was a direct response to the question. If the inclusion of a website was incorrect, then thank you for pointing that out.

To that I answer something non-linked:

If you are finding it difficult to meet client expectations, you should go to the website for companies like ours, or perhaps high end law and accounting firms, to see how to business can structure to provide same day responses to client emails and calls.

Maybe not, there is an “ignore” option that works wonders for industry tinker’s wagons.

Is this some sort of jargon, I don't understand. I was born after the wagon was replaced by the automobile. Do your residential appraisers need extra time to do projects because they use a wagon to drive comp photos? Please explain.

As far as I know, I've not ever found it difficult to meet client expectations - unless that was just a plug in general...

Many of the appraisers in business these days are forgetting that we will not be this busy every month of every year
PLEASE BE A PROFESSIONAL AND RESPOND TO YOUR CLIENT regarding due dates etc
Clients expect and accept delays BUT DON'T BE MIA STAY IN TOUCH
Most of us are very professional but we hear from many LOs and AMCs that appraiser's are not responding for upwards of 10+ days
I recently did an appraisal on a house where the appraiser had already completed the inspection but 15 days later no report was submitted
We all love being busy and making money BUT PLEASE DON'T BELITTLE OUR PROFESSIONALISM
MANY OF US HAVE WORKED HARD AND CONTINUE TO WORK HARD TO KEEP OUR PROFESSION AT ITS PRIME
DON'T BE THAT BOZOO APPRAISER

Some entities consider ALL CAPS as unprofessional.

...JUST SAYING

Your presentation style reminds me of the tinker’s wagon that had a combustion engine, this link says it all. happy selling.

Thank you for sharing, that is very entertaining. I am not surprised at your assessment, when clients contact me they want something different than what they have been receiving.
