Better Hit That Number!

of course number hitting...ask danny, george, or frank :ROFLMAO:

They can't define it, and they can't identify it, but they can measure everything about it within a knat's asswidth!
Exactly why a solid report doesn't matter, just being accused will result in reputational damage and substantial financial hardship.

Ask this guy if a solid report helped him:

It is clear the idiots don't know what their own definition of market value means. All of their garbage is based on comparisons to the contract price. What moron would pay for an appraisal (even with someone else's money) when they define anything not equal to contract price as inaccurate? By their working definition, a rubber stamp is now the gold standard!

lowest since 2000... :rof: :rof: :rof:

huh? I lost more money during the MB days than I ever have with AMC's...
Not me, one bad check in 10+ years and I felt sorry for the guy because he lost his job after Hurricane Katrina. But I wasn't stacking the checks like some, just a steady Freddy here. And let's not forget the massive losses appraisers absorbed from JVI, eAppraiseIT, AppraisarLoft, etc.

No doubt appraisers have been burned by AMCs that went south. MBs, though, were little more than pond scum. Probably lost $5k a year from them back in the day. I just factored it in as a cost of doing business.

$5k a year is a drop considering what AMCs take off the top.
