Bias terms and adjacent religious properties

Get the bias thing out of your head.

I would not be so harsh if I didn't like you.

You focus on real property rights and H&B use on MV appraisal.

I'll give you one more suggestion. Hi place of worship. I am a professional real estate appraiser.

I am appraising this home next door. Would your place of worship be interested in this property?

Do you think your school or place of worship could use this property?

Do you have a need for this property? I am trying to appraise the property to it's highest and best use for a market value appraisal.

See, it cleans you on H&B use. your not biased. You are focused on real property rights and H&B use and MV value definition.

You have disclosed no confidential information. You appraising the property is not confidential. You don't have to say why you are appraising the property. Just say I am appraising it for a client.

Just say I have confidentiality agreement with my client.

Take a picture of the sign. LOL

This appraiser is too nervous. Their skin is not as thick as mine. LOL

Me and another appraiser in Memphis area have probably appraised more places of worship than any appraiser.

He is jewish. I like him. We worked together a bunch before VA hooked me.

When I say we worked together a bunch, I mean we would call each other frequently on data. His brother is big personal injury lawyer.

They are jew.

His brother declined lawsuit with homeowner I visited yesterday on medical lawsuit he has for medical malpractice. They referred him to another lawyer. I was with the guy yesterday that has lawsuit for malpractice on his wife. He showed me pictures. They were bad pictures.

He got good news yesterday while I was doing final inspection. His lawyer said medical group had dropped arbitration and ready to settle for medical malpractice on his deceased wife. He is moving to Florida Keys and doing charter boat rides on a catamaran.

It is long story and his plans now.

He showed me pictures of boat. He is paying like $90K for it. It is nice.

Zoe, i have never heard you call anyone a protestant friend. Not that there's anything wrong with saying i have a jewish friend.

Boy oh boy, does this property cry for similar locational comps. I see a list of stips.

I think if you described the neighborhood includes buildings associated by a group who believe in conservative moral relativism it would be acceptable to GSE standards. Or maybe buildings associated with a 501(c)(3) organization. : )

Here we go. The last comment of the thread was what I was thinking the whole way through.

What to call the church and school as well as the other buildings will come through a series of stips until the AMC is satisfied. It's so inane that it even has to be discussed.

What's most important however, is what did those 8 homes across from said church/ school/ buildings sell for in relation to other homes in the neighborhood? Especially if you don't have a recent sell among those 8 homes. That's the Crux of the matter.

that could be a prison... :rof:
Our resident anti-theists might consider a religious use property to be more damaging to their mental health than a prison
