Bitcoin $80,000

Mr. Wonderful said Bitcoin will bust through $100k before the end of the year. I think the rest of the market will also go gangbusters. 25,000 on the Nasdaq, anybody?

For sure. Unfortunately, XRP is one I have never really accumulated to hold long term. The recent big pump is certainly long waited and well deserved for all of the loyal holders / XRP Army…
The XRP army can be fanatical. My hope is it may be adopted as a currency by some other nation. McCaleb is brilliant and made a fortune with it and Stellar. I’m debating whether to put more money into SUI. I bought it before it was well known, Raoul Pal was hawking it heavily many months ago and he talking it up again. Here is his latest on SUI. I’m not buying anything lately, just trading within my IRAs.

BTC 100k and Nasdaq 20k by end of year.

Yeah I’ve been accumulating then staking SUI mainly from $0.70 to $2.00. I think it’s safe to say it hits $5-$10 by end of next year but they have some big token unlock upcoming. IOTA made a big protocol change today to make their network more compatible with SUI’s Move EVM…their token price been flying today, as a result. IOTA has some good ideas for real world adoption, but an up and down history.

Although Iota has been a disappointment price wise, I still think they have great potential and am holding on. Same with HBAR although their price leaked recently. HBAR had some fantastic news with Musk and Starlink. I’m patiently waiting for the next altcoin peak to make some decisions on what to keep.

Every time I see Bitcoin rising it reminds me of that meme where a kid is walking into McDonald’s for work wearing a Bitcoin t-shirt and his boss says “You’re late again.” and the kid says “You better watch your mouth.” :) $93,600

Charles Payne of Fox Business had a maven of Bitcoin on and Charles asked, 'well what about the use of Bitcoin to extort millions from hospital as ransom ware?' Her answer was, "You should ask the FBI and DOJ?"

So I don't get it. What would they say? So the DOJ and FBI are in on the extortion?

So if 'block chain records all the transactions' and it would be inevitable that the US's adoption would require disclosure of ownership, then why "Bitcoin" or the dozen other cryprtos, then why not a government adopted block chain coin connected to US Debt and US Govt Revenue (with stick connection to prevent 'inflation.') ?

Some of the beltway law enforcement Bitcoin haters practically claim monetary theft never occurs with cash. Bitcoin isn’t completely anonymous, they caught the saboteurs involved in the Colonial pipeline ransomware attack. You must be referencing the proposed CBDC Central Bank Digital Currency which the big state politicians on both sides of the aisle love. Imagine having a digital dollar for all purchases and payment, they can deduct your taxes before you spend anything, they can tell you what movies and books to read, Orwellian as can be, thanks, but no thanks. The closest coin to total anonymity is Monero of which I own some. If I decide a surly loan officer needs a leg broken, I can arrange it from my iphone and not miss a post in here. Maybe I can start a side business. :)
